DJV (Victor Alvia), once known as DJ Vialgo, is a Chicago-based DJ, producer, and multimedia artist whose sound is a genre-bending fusion of rhythm, rebellion, and reinvention. Raised in the home of House, DJV rewired the blueprint with roots in Ghetto House, Progressive House, and Juke, reaching into EDM, Hip-Hop, Rock, Latin, Trap, Blues, and Pop. A protégé of the late DJ Funk, and collaborator of legends like DJ Rashad and Chi-Boogie before their passing, DJV was entrusted with original vocals and samples to carry the sound forward.
