After many years of DJing followed by illness, DJ Touray came back on the scene with a strong interest in Jamaican Dancehall Reggae and began to play at programmes in South England learning different mixing techniques. Creating mixtapes then soon became her keen interest. After also developing a keen interest in Afrobeat music in 2015, she discovered Ghanaian Dancehall artist, Shatta Wale! Dj Touray is now the Shatta Movement British Ambassador and UK DJ & works tirelessly to promote the music of Shatta Wale on a global scale. Dj Touray visited Ghana in December 2017 where she played a sell-out show to all Shatta Wale's fans. She was the headlining DJ at the Nottingham carnival African Corner in August 2018 & now plays an SM show on UnitedSoundsRadio.com.
