Though born and raised on the east coast, Switchup somehow found himself melting dancefloors on the west coast. With a musical history rooted deep in metal, and nearly 10 years of experience on guitar, Switchup entered the EDM scene when a friend introduced him to dubstep. The heavy beats, the bone-crushing drops, and that iconic "wob wob wob" inspired him to begin DJing. Spinning for about a year now, Switchup can be found playing in every corner of the bay, leaving behind a trail of exhausted dancers and beaten floors. His unique style of constantly switching up his songs and styles keeps the crowd moving and always wondering what's coming with the next drop!
