Roffie began his DJ days in 1995 as an after school hobby with childhood friend Nick Wigmore. Not longer after, the music loving duo now known as 'Pulse Disco' were being booked to playing at weddings and private parties around Harare in Zimbabwe. The hobby had quickly turned into a small business for the two teenagers at the time.
In 1999 Roffie moved to the UK where he established his career as a nightclub DJ known for his blend style of mixing. Later in early 2003, Roffie founded "Sweet As Taboo", a monthly clubbing event hosted at venues across Warwickshire and Leicestershire specializing in RnB, House Music as well as other urban music genres.
