Mehdi Boulahsen aka DJ M2 is a
Moroccan, Montreal-based Producer and
Remix artist. Fascinated by music from early
on in life, Mehdi discovered himself a
passion for the art of DJing over the years.
His vibe is making the public listen to new
artists, not just locally, but internationally. He
makes it a mission to be known worldwide so
he can travel and collaborate with bigger
artists and mix for prestigious clubs.
His debut, in summer of 2011, was at
Montreal's DJ SOLOTECH competition, as a
young Remix Dj. He also performed as a DJ
in night clubs and for artists. M2 leaves a
mark, opening up for international artists and
by doing Night Life tours around the world.
He participated in festivals like Le Festival
du monde arabe in Montréal and he passed
by Canadian cities such as Sherbrooke,
Québec, Ottawa, Toronto, and has even
gone to Marrakech
DJ M2's go-to styles are mainly Afrobeat,
House, Latin and underground oriental
beats.
