DJ Eddie S The Dancing DJ (born Eddie Stevens) is currently one of New York City’s most intense “from the heart” Deep/Soulful/Tribal House music DJ’s based out of Brooklyn New York. In addition, he is also no stranger to many as one of the few DJ’s that loves to dance and play a tambourine or during his DJ set. He has earned the respect of many fellow floor dancers in the New York City’s dance community over a span of thirty years as well as many of the well known DJ’s and Producers of today’s New York City dance music circuit.
Born in Harlem, New York in 1965, began playing drums and congas at the early age of 5 years old due to the influence by his father, “Pop Stevens” listening to Jazz, R&& and Afro/Cuban Jazz. In the year of 2007, DJ Eddie S “The Dancing DJ” created a dance party entity or brand of his own called 33 1/3 Dance Party, 4 Those Who Fully Understand!!!HOUSE
