Life isn't a destination, it's a journey. We all come upon expected curves and turning points. Everything that happens to us shapes who we are becoming and in the adventure of each day, we discover the important things in life and why they're important.

I have been on an incredible journey and experienced some amazing and incredible things which has helped me realise my purpose in life.

I am now wiser and am (almost!) entirely focused. I feel more content than ever before, I make every day count and am grateful for the life I have today, which is unbelievable in contrast to the last few years.

I make it a rule of life never to look back and regret. Regret is an appalling wast of energy; you can't build on it; it is only good for wallowing in.

Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep.

I am now free to live the life I always wanted to and it feels amazing.
