London based DJ Asterix discovered the art of Djing in 1989. In 1993 he moved to Canada as a distributer for MCA . Canadian gigs included Torontos tunnel club with Mark Oliver, Electric circus on MTV/Much music, Better days parties and stints with Scot Turner on Energy 108.
Returning to England in late 1994 Asterix took up residency at "Fusions" with Matt B, taking control of both Tuesday and Friday nights. In 1995 Mixmag voted ourTuesday night in their top ten favourite nights in the country. 2005 saw Asterix take up residency at "Alphabet", in the heart of Soho, and in 2006 he joined www.innacityfm.com . Recent Gigs include the Cafe 1001 on brick lane, lots in Shoreditch, Dex/Brixton clubhouse, The Aquarium – Old St, Circle bar -Clapham, The White house - Clapham, Juno - Shoreditch, Po na na-Norwich and Boat Parties on the good ship Wilfred down at Temple Pier on the river Thames.
