The Maestro Charles Hicks
This DJ has been shaping the Detroit Nightlife scene since the mid 80’s and continues being a Premier DJ and Premier Party & Event Promoter and he still feels there still more work to do. He’s about to evolve full circle being his 1st major party promotion’s was the Thursday Night Dress To Sweat House Music Party some 30 or so odd years ago. House Music is The Music he loves more than any other genre but for the past 25 years his main focus DJing and promotions were more commercial involving the Hip Hop, R&B, Ballroom genre and didn’t play, or promoted much House Music at all. In 2015 he has made it his goal to not abandon what he has been doing successfully but to also get back into his preference music by hanging out and djing at various Hot House Music Parties, and by starting to promote House Music Parties. His goals are by the end of 2017 is to put out a House Music Album and to DJ & Host a weekly Local & Global House Music Radio Show.
