Brian ‘Keys’ Tharme aka BKT - Biography

Unlike most House producers, Brian comes from a musician background rather than having started out as a DJ.
During the 80’s he played in bands from Jazz funk out fit ‘Private Funk-shun’ to Jazz bands ’Tony Bartelli qt’ and Jaszamba’.
During the 90’s Brian teamed up with Gavn’ DJ Face’ Mills to form the legendary Catch Records and hosted a number of prominent UKG classics as well as being a go-to session keyboard player.
Move forward to the 21st century, Brian was a partner in Soulfunktion Records and now the head honcho with Bassball Records, remixing and producing as BKT
