We’re always very proud when creators take the time to upload their incredible mixes to Mixcloud. Because of your hard work, we want to pay it forward and give your shows their due credit. Below, you’ll find a selection of mixes that have surfaced over the last week and that we’re digging at the moment. Read on for dives into everything from Baile Funk and Dub Techno to Progressive Psytrance and old-school Puerto Rican Salsa.

DJABLÈS – A Summer with Djablès Vol. I

Summer hasn’t officially started, but nobody told DJABLÉS. The London-based DJ and Mixcloud Spotlights user has dropped the first volume of what promises to be a very good season. She blends Funk Carioca, Baile Funk, Ghettotech and Dembow into a mix that belongs squarely at the pre-drinks or on your morning commute when you need the world to feel slightly more electric than it does. DJABLÈS describes it simply: “a little mix to start the summer.” Sometimes that’s all the explanation you need.

Addison Groove Radio – 26 May 2026 – SWU FM

With over 16,000 followers and a Mixcloud archive stretching back through Jungle, Footwork and beyond, Addison Groove is a genuine fanatic for underground club vibes. The Bristol producer’s latest showing for SWU FM zeroes in on Dub Techno and Minimal, a territory he navigates with precision and atmospheric depth. Ambient Dub, Post-Dubstep, Minimal Techno; this is the kind of mix that fills a room without ever feeling crowded.

seasoning005 ⋆˚ – tania atyabi i!

Seas0ning is a mix series with a clear sense of identity. It’s an extension of the popular festival that takes place in Stroud, 26 miles from the city of Bristol. At Seas0ning, folk tradition and rave culture combine for a weekend of community-based partying and connection. The fifth instalment of its mix series — this one handed to Tania Atyabi — is emotionally vivid. The mix moves in waves, opening with intense halftime cuts full of complex and twisted drum patterns before softening into dubby rhythms. Then, it builds gradually into dancefloor-ready territory that finally settles somewhere between Jungle and Dubstep.

DJ Rui Taveira – Dance Bem Nova Paradiso – 23 de maio de 2026

Rio De Janiero’s DJ Rui Taveira has a dedicated weekly ritual going with ‘Dance Bem Nova Paradiso,’ and the 23rd May edition is a particular joy. Sitting comfortably in the Boogie and Disco space, Taveira draws on an impressively warm selection. This includes tunes by Johnny Bristol, Sharon Brown, Galaxy & Phil Fearon, Double Vision, The Whispers and more. One listener called it a journey to the Baile Funk parties of Furacão 2000, which should give you a sense of the heat and momentum at play. Essential listening if you love the dancefloor records of the late 1970s and 1980s.

DJ Emico Amore – Bomm in the Mixing Bowl Part 2

Here’s a mix with a story behind it. DJ Emico Amore recorded this one over a month ago but sat on it. Until listening back recently reminded her exactly why she loves the music of Nick Meltdown so much. The result is a devoted, all-Meltdown set that works through Progressive Psytrance, Goa Trance and Acid Techno using the latest remastered versions of his tracks. Emico has a long history with this corner of the Trance world, and the care she brings to sequencing these records is obvious. The exchange in the comments between creator and artist — Meltdown dropping in to thank her — is the Mixcloud community at its wholesome best.

IzLane – Sound Vision #132

Morocco-based IzLane runs the ‘Sound Vision’ radio show on Aviv Media every Tuesday at 10PM. Episode 132 is a fine example of why the series commands a loyal following. It’s rooted in Wave, Chillstep, Future Garage and Ambient, making for a deeply atmospheric ride. The kind of mix that earns the word ‘immersive’ without needing to try hard. Tracks from DiSi, Kyak, LaZz, Arnyd, Oblivor and more make up the tracklist. If you want something to disappear into, this is the one.

DJ Javier – AbayardePR – Salsa De La Mata! CLASICO

Sometimes a mix resurfaces that reminds you how much history this platform holds. DJ Javier of AbayardePR broadcasts his ‘Salsa De La Mata!’ show live every Wednesday from Octava Radio (91.1FM Stereo) in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, and this archival edition from 2013 has just found its way onto the platform. We’re glad, because Salsa Clásica and Contemporánea are in full effect. The tracklist includes Willie Colón & Héctor Lavoe, Tito Rojas y el Conjunto Borincano, Bobby Valentín, Marvin Santiago and Raphy Leavitt among others. DJ Javier describes his show as a “non-profit, community radio alternative — no commercials, no payola, no artificial flavouring.” You can taste it.
