new mixes

We’re always very proud when creators take the time to upload their incredible mixes to Mixcloud. Because of your hard work, we want to pay it forward and give your shows their due credit. Below, you’ll find a selection of mixes that have surfaced over the last week and that we’re digging at the moment. Read on for dives into everything from Downtempo to Dubstep.

NTS Radio – Akito W/ ABOPF – 31st March 2026

Longtime NTS Radio resident Akito returns for his monthly slice of vibes. His shows are usually a vehicle for his guests and friends to shine. This time, he’s joined by Seoul-based DJ and producer ABOPF, who offers up an enticing special guest mix. Lots of burnt out, distorted and rhythmic movers in this one.

Salas Roma – El Cajón de los Milagros: Madame Recamier

Mexico-based platform Salas Roma welcomes Madame Recamier for a deep dive into her musical mind. She is an independent Mexican singer, songwriter and producer known for her work in the Retro-Pop and Indie genres. On the menu are tracks by Electric Light Orchestra, Portishead, Gotye, Fleetwood Mac and more.

Signal Life Podcast #193

In a word, this is thumping. Finland-based creative platform Signal Life operates at the intersection of music and art, producing DJ sets, live art installations and more. Their tastes veer towards the expansive and the maximalist and it shows in their latest mix. It straddles the lines between Bass, Jungle and other addictive club sounds. This mix is taken from their regular slot on IDA Radio, the Tallinn-to-Helsinki station championing global underground sounds.

Dr. Strangelove – Come Along

Bonus points for the great name. Dr. Strangelove has been collecting records since the 1980s, so much so that he’s starting to rediscover musical tidbits from his past. This is the case with ‘Come Along,’ a mix he put together in 2011 and recently uploaded to Mixcloud. The mix plays out like you’re in a bar putting a coin into the jukebox and kicking back to the old school vibes.

Raphaël Marionneau – abstrait 555

“Close your eyes and relax, this is the soundtrack for a moment,” says Raphaël Marionneau, the mastermind behind this mix and the abstrait platform. It’s been going for 30 years, first kicking off when Marionneau first moved to Hamburg from France in the mid-1990s. This mix is the 555th (!) edition, and it’s a mellow sesh worth your attention, packed with Ambient, Downtempo and Lounge.

EHFM – Volens Chorus

Edinburgh-based club night Volens Chorus puts on amazing parties, make amazing artwork and produce amazing radio shows. That’s a lot of amazing! They make their way to the city’s premier community radio station, EHFM, for a crash course in the club. They play out everything from Techno to Dubstep, with other dramatic twists and turns in a mic two-hour set.

The Allergies – Hang Loose (April ‘26)

DJ and producer duo The Allergies carry the funk with them. Constantly tracing music back to its origins, their mixes often tell stories about the tunes we know and love, and where they came from. Whether that’s samples or sketches. On the April edition of their ‘Hang Loose’ series, they premiere their brand new track, before playing tunes by Tom Misch, Nubiyan Twist, T2Funk & DJ Deviant, and 45s from the Record Kicks label and DJ Pnutz.
