Over his 30+ year career in dance music, Alex has (among other things) held down residencies with legendary clubs like DC’s Buzz, SF’s Spundae, and Boston’s Avalon; managed Deep Dish's Yoshitoshi Shop; appeared on numerous syndicated radio shows, including Digweed's UK show and Thump Radio in the US; hosted more than 300 episodes of his podcasts and livestreams; toured extensively as a solo artist and with fellow nutter Dave Ralph; produced dozens of tracks and remixes, and... you get the idea.

When COVID hit, Alex turned his attention to building a new studio deep in the mountains of Colorado. PHDJE Studios sit just outside in the highest town in N. America, a few miles down the road from the Molly Mines of Climax. Along with his mates, he's formed the Bootycorn Soundsystem, a collective determined to bring fun and funk to dancefloors worldwide.
