For more then 15 years straight, my mind is set with music. While collecting vinyl it was a logical step to start dj’ing. Strongly influenced by the early rave/hardcore and acts like Orbital and FSOL, my head was slowly turned towards the breaks. In the realms of ’97 I started OCS with Dj Sage. Blending our own beats with the freshest cutz we restarted the DnB revolution in Utrecht. Due to the lack of places to dj in Utrecht, Sage, Bong-Ra and I started our own concept called “Neo”. Based on the efforts of fresh dj talent this was the beginning of the new dj revolution in Utrecht, the new “Utreg Sound”. Slowly but surely we gathered our own place in the ‘main’ dj circuit and gigs throughout the country and beyond followed. Nowadays blending beats is back where it all started: with enthusiasm at home :)
