Mat aka DJ Sonik M born in Cesena in 1975. Drawn from the world of DJs and music begins his career in 2000 as DJ Hell (crossover, dark & gothic), working closely with clubs like Rock Planet (RA). Always careful to the scene dnb and electro, along with the other Projects, at the beginning of 2008 has his chance meeting with the Dubstep on a night at the Paradiso (Amsterdam) where impacts with the eclectic sounds of the great N-type (dj & producer) .
On his return to Italy he devoted himself entirely to the discovery of this new genre of music transmitting it to friends with enthusiasm by organizing the first Dubstep & Dnb nights in his hometown.
After a few months binds to Underground Area.
In 2010 Sonik M leaves and creates DUBSTEP CESENA (facebook group) that will give the opportunity to expand the range of action in the city of Cesena and the rest of Romagna.
