Shoshone a/k/a Peter Michael Hoogerwoerd is a Miami DJ and entertainment attorney.
A transplanted Miami Native, born in Redondo Beach and raised in Puerto Rico and Chicago, Peter entered the house music scene in Chicago, frequenting nightclubs and venues such as Medusa's, The Limelight, The Aragon Ballroom, among many others.
The influence of his time in Chicago can be heard in his style of playing music. He continues to study music theory and production in view of the wide variety of cultural influences which comprise the Miami style of house music.
