Young, talented & on the verge of success, No Matter What is one of the most promising projects of the moment, a project that brings together two new fresh faces onto the underground music scene: Horatiu Dumitrescu & Stefan Duca. They go back since 2010, when they took Romania's capital, Bucharest, by storm & played in some of the biggest venues in town, among some big names in the industry at that time. After 3 years they return with some crazy music beats & vibes that will certainly make you want to kill the dancefloor. They each had they fair-share of ep's released, but in 2014 they join forces once again in making the best impression that they can. With already 2 EP's signed with two highly profiled label's and many more surprises still to come, these guys are definitely on their way to the top.
