Grounded in her Barbadian roots and deeply inspired by the pulsating beats of UK underground dance culture, DJ Nea creates electric mixes that effortlessly blend Soca, Dancehall, Afrobeat, House, Hip-Hop/R&B, and Grime. Known for her eclectic selections and vibrant energy, Nea turns every set into an immersive celebration of rhythm and culture.

Her passion for curating inclusive spaces has seen her hosting queer parties across the UK, Asia, and the Caribbean with renowned underground collectives such as PseudoFunkInk and OUT. Currently based in Vancouver, DJ Nea collaborates with local artists and entrepreneurs to organize Afroqueer annual event dedicated to uplifting and celebrating Black queer love.

Beyond the decks, DJ Nea connects with listeners through GUSH Radio, her bi-weekly show streaming every second Sunday on Twitch.
