Minimalism + Rhythms x Groove = Default

When it comes to groovy, deep and hard-hitting techno, Minimal Default never fails to deliver.

Sven (born August 1992) was brought up with a lot of electronic music. Bands like Faithless, Massive Attack and St. Germain were played in and around the house on a daily basis . No wonder' the art of DJing had always sparked an interest. This made him enlist a DJ course in the local community center at the age of only 12.

From there on, the interest for DJing and producing stayed and grew into a hobby. Playing a lot of different styles and genres at first, but gradually moved towards rolling techno, in which a true passion was found.

Sven's productions and sets are defined by rhythms and minimalism. Hard-hitting, lots of goovy percussion, deep and hypnotic synths, dirty basslines are key to the sound of Minimal Default.
