I grew up in the basement with giant headphones sleeping on the cement floor every weekend listening to Funkmaster Flex on Hot 97 dreaming about scratching records, so I learned pause-mixes, dealt with audio cassette spooling nightmares which taught a 9 year old dj to ask my uncle Tim to take me to Stereo joint "uncle uncle" on the famous Canal street in NYC. Although I was a kid and I bought my first crappy Gemini mixer, Gemini turntables, and Gigantic speakers. I was about to find out why any DJ at this time needed Technics 1200or 1210 turntables. I would soon find a way to get them as soon as I found the rave scene around the New York City area dance clubs . It was the ultimate time in history for Raving and even just clubbing from 1996 to about 2005. everything amazing has to end however and on one of the coming
