I grew up in the Afterhours World of New York City. I lived at The SoundFactory & Vinyl/Arc but it didn't stop there. Week after week I studied the styles of Jonathan Peters, Danny Howells, Danny Tengalia, Johnny Vicious. I live for the deep dark smokey clubs of NYC.
My styles are House, Techno, Minimal, Electro and Progressive. I also play a little Trance when the mood suites it. This past summer (2011) I've been playing a lot of Progressive House and Vocals included.
In my opinion there is nothing like dropping a powerful vocal after amping up the crowd with some deep, hard or progressive beats. Make the crowd want it. Take them along, build them up and slam them down.
Since I will only be able to upload 100MB mixes at a time each mix will be dedicated to a certain sound with the idea that each mix can be transitioned into each other as would be throughout the course of a night so enjoy and please let me know what you think.
