DJ Justin Bailey, otherwise known as DJ JayBay, is an icon in the Cleveland/Akron music scene. His love for house music came from being exposed to the signature 4/4 sound back in the mid-nineties, where he was inspired to create his own unique sound. Incorporating sounds from Chicago house, disco, swing, funk, tech-house, techno, and hip-hop, JayBay has quickly gained a reputation as one of CLE/AK scene’s most crowd-pleasing DJs, and has been credited with creating an iconic sound that has paved the way for a warmer, more diverse and deeper side to house music to emerge on the dance floor, which he packs wherever he plays.
