Born in Washington D.C. but grew up in Boston for most of my life. I lived Providence R.I. for 10 yrs but I am finally back in Medfield Mass.
At the age of 4 I started using music like a addict uses drugs to escape life's reality. Radio by my bed to put me to sleep at nights. Father on the upright getting ready for Sunday service. Mother singing Mahalia Jackson and Aretha Franklin while she tended to the house. That was my life.....
As for music. I couldn't tell you.....I love soulful house tracks. I love well done R&B/ Neo-Soul remixes... That's what my family loves. But if its house....I listen to all of it. Because ,for me, house is not only a feeling but its a mood....(Long night, 3am drive back to RI, in the dead of night,....Detroit all the way..)
For me, Djing is about the journey as much as it is the destination.....
