Upon learning one day that someone had stolen my artist name, I set out to find a new artist name. The Finlanders had appropriated "ideomotor" and capitalized it. Enough was enough. Off to google translate I navigated. As soon as I could, I was able to determine that, somehow, google translate wanted me to believe that 'Hostis', was singular for "enemy" and that "Hostibus" is the plural of that. Later I would come to find, it was even cooler, in that it means "The Enemy". In the meantime, I 'directly messaged' this infringer of non-trade-marked intellectual properties, who'd at least capitalized "Ideomotor". I told them they were a pain in the butt. I had music published elsewhere by that name. But even now there is another, and, or even more artists using the name Hostibus, already.
