With musical roots in Hip-Hop, Funk, and Soul, Ganjamin discovered Reggae while working at a record store in Bremen, Germany, in the late 1990s. Since 1999, he has been deeply connected to Jamaican music, culture, and Soundsystem tradition.
After gaining experience within a Soundsystem, he forged his own path as Selector Ganjamin, bringing his unique style, energetic selections, and passion for Reggae and Dancehall to the stage. His sets are enriched by exclusive Dubplates – custom-recorded versions by Jamaican artists that give his selections a personal touch.
Over the years, Ganjamin has rocked countless parties and events and performed in the environment of international artists including Gentleman, Capleton, Burning Spear, and Red Rat.
For Ganjamin, Reggae is more than music – it is culture, a way of life, and a connection that has inspired him for over two decades.
