Ok, I LOVE Music! I listen to some kind of music all the time. I can't remember a time in my life when I didn't LOVE Music. As a little boy, I would lock the door of my bedroom and listen to the radio (AM) or play records on my HiFi. I would sing along to all the songs and "perform" them in front of the mirror. I always knew Music would be an important part of my life. I was in Chorus where I sang tenor, then tenor 2, then baritone, and now I sing bass. I've had my own vocal group; "Twisted Harmony" , and now I direct a Senior choir at a retirement facility called "Recycled Teenagers".
In 1983, I was working as a bartender in Knoxville TN. just after the Worlds Fair and the DJ walked out on a Saturday night. We were packed and the manager was freaking out. I said; "I can DJ!" (truthfully, I'd never done it before, but I figured how hard could it be?) I remember when I got in the booth, I wondered why there were two turntables? LOL So, I taught myself how to mix & the rest is History!
