Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement journey with music spanning all genres, tempos, emotions, and intensities. During the dance we surrender ourselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes us, often leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. Our dances are substance free. Music is our medicine and dance is our passion.
Ecstatic Dance Helsinki was the first group to bring this global movement to Finland. We organize events in Helsinki and Tampere.
