Discovered ambient electronic music at uni, which helped me to zone out, focus & sleep - and have continued to use this for self-regulation & healing, whilst learning more all the time about the healing benefits of sound & music.
Studied with the British Academy of Sound Therapy in 2019 for my qualification to facilitate relaxing group sound baths. Most recently invested in a DJ course with a ‘heart-based approach to the art of mixing music’ - with the intention of holding space for somatic dance sessions.
