Now residing in Miami, Florida, Patten began his career in 1989, quickly becoming one of Washington D.C.'s most influential DJs throughout the 90's. Earic produced hit tracks under the moniker "Ultaworld" on Strictly Rhythm and as "Go Bitch Go" on Dancefloor Records, a Billboard Reporter, along with the longest residency held by a DJ at the legendary Tracks D.C. nightclub playing for a crowd of thousands every Thursday and Friday night, Catapulting Tracks into one of the most popular nightclubs ever on the East Coast and arguably the nation.
2012 marked Patten’s return to the Music Industry where he has been doing his part to restore order in today's Club Life.
Earic has since launched Elektrik Metro Radio, which ranked as Washington D.C.’s #1 Online House Music radio station, before relocating to South Florida. His Elektrik Metro House Vibes Mix Sessions Radio Show is simulcast on Club Vibez Radio U.K.
