Disco Noir Gbg was founded in 2011 as a conceptual idea and then grow up from some bar gatherings infused with red lights and emo music, like, Bauhaus, David Lynch and such. We wanted to give the audience a moody and deep emotional music experience. It later evolved into a more concentrated mix of electronic music and not so sad as before, now more happy-sad.
Disco Noir Gbg consists of ( Lars Daniel Rehn, L.D.R to some here, Theresè "Terror" Eriksson & Jarl-Bob Olausson ) from Gothenburg on the west coast of Sweden.
It is what it sounds like. Somewhat noir & dance related. A bitter sweet symphony of sounds and moods. Mostly electronic music mixed with an emotional touch and with our feeling of the day kinda vibe.
The mixes are samples from various bar/club gigs and some home recordings.
