“I came up with this business idea through my passion for music and entertainment. This is a business which I can say naturally formed. From a young age I have been deeply engaged into music where I began DJing, Rapping, and producing, performing live and unknowingly at the time managing events. Aged 17, I would call myself and multitalented music man. I then took on a music Technology course and finished this course with flying colours, gaining a BTECH national diploma at triple distinction, with this gaining Kingston Colleges best music student award for 2007. From here I went from strength to strength and began a BA Honours Degree in music industry management and studio production. I completed the first year and then moved onto a degree in Business Studies. During the course of my studies Music, which I spell with a capital M became part of my day to day life and my passion grew. The name DougyFresh came from my surname Douglas.
