It was a given that Marv would become well known for his intense and passionate deck skills as he started landing dj gigs at Chicago house parties, block parties, sock hops, bowling alley, bar/spaces & eventually clubs. [Fast Forward] Now located in the DC Metro Area, Marv was co-founder and resident dj of now defunct music entertainment group The Liberal Party. With our weekly party called CHOICE @ Fab Lounge & eventually Level X, we changed the musical approach to how Washingtonians consume and appreciate music with our various styles and approach to soulful music. With our weekly UK internet mixshow Where’s The Culture, we were well positioned to make major contributions to House Music. 1SmoothDj Marv has played alongside some of House Music well known Dj/producers and respected legends..
