Born and raised in Atlantic City, South New Jersey Shore. Johnny fell in love with music and the culture represented with each genre. “I remember as a kid, my dad enrolled me in a music club where I could order 10 or so cassettes for a penny. My first albums I listened to were Michael Jackson Thriller, Lionel Richie, Van Halen, Pat Benitar, Bryan Adams, Madona and Culture club.”
Fast forwarding to college, Johnny attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia where he majored in music business. A head full of production and marketing was learned there but the biggest musical vocation that was acquired was how to mix dance music. Johnny's college roomates were to two DJ enthusiasts that gave him an opportunity to learn how to mix dance music...Mainly freestyle and commercial house music...I learned to mix records.
