DJ Mattrix born Matt Seymour from Tenterden Kent, plays Dancehall & Reggae Music & Runs a Sound System called Bassline Elementz.
Started mixing/turntablism at the age of 16 after having a passion for Hip Hop, Jungle & Dancehall music in the mid 90's.
Had his 1st break as a resident DJ at a pub in Hastings and then moved onto playing at bars and clubs.
Aged 19 was asked to play at One Nation/Heat on Hastings Pier.
Dj'd all over the country at many different functions & produces mixtapes to promote new music.
Influences have been, Funk Master Flex, DJ Cashmoney, Chris Goldfinger, David Rodigan just to name a few.
His passion for Jamaican culture focuses him to play all genres from the island.
