Lyric Jones is a multi-hyphenate rapper, drummer, singer/songwriter, producer, and DJ. With over a decade-long career already under her belt, Lyric has collaborated and toured with Rah Digga, Planet Asia as well as shared the same stage with countless others such as Faith Evans, Avery* Sunshine, J.Cole, Robert Glasper, and Kevin Ross to name a few. Her talents made way for some notable collaborations including Little Brother, Sy Smith, Vic Mensa & more.
She also independently worked with the late Phife Dawg of A Tribe Called Quest & Grammy Winning Esperanza Spalding for her debut album titled "Jones St” released in 2012. Blending jazz, soul, and hip-hop with her arresting vocal ability as a singer, and razor-sharp bars and cadence as an emcee, Lyric's immense talent has earned her enthusiastic co-signs from the likes of some of her very influences who range from Black Thought, Pharoahe Monch to Ed Lover, and Georgia Anne Muldrow.
