Vinyl collecting since the 80s, a true “Soul Brother”, he was exposed to diverse elements of black music like Rare Groove, Soul, Funk, Disco, Boogie, House, Jazz, Afrobeat, RnB, Rap, Reggae, Dancehall, UK House/Garage, and Jungle.
DJ/Hype man/MC gigs followed at parties/bars/clubs on the 90s London scene, and Scotland thereafter with residencies on both Dance/ Urban scenes.
Guest Dj at Heavy Gossip, Think Twice (Cab Vol), Soul Kitchen, Soul City, Edinburgh Rocks, Ladies on Rotation, SoS UK, The Street, Hoochie Coochie–Newcastle, 51 Disciples of Disco -Bathgate, Echo Soundsystem-Glasgow and multiple times at Vocal Booth Weekender Spain.
Over the years, Resident DJ at SoS UK /Sugarhill, City Cafe, Rick’s, Soba, Sygn, Copper Blossom, 99 Hanover, Groove Theory, Mousetrap, Newsroom. Look out for him spinning at seasonal parties by The Get Down and B2B with DJ Trendy Wendy at The Street in Edinburgh and his upcoming monthly show Soul Power on Vocal Booth Radio from launch - January 2025.
