DJ BIBE started his career in 1994 at a friend's house by the age of 14. In 1995 he bought vinyl records for the first time. He started spinning records by the age of 15 at Korova Bar, a very special place for him. After that he began spinning records in bars and high school parties. By the age of 18 he was invited to spin records in Moinho da Praia. He developed his 3 decks beatmixing skills and won a DJ contest. The jury compared him to NYC DJs Danny Tenaglia and Junior Vasquez. He put Montijo on the map of the house scene. The year was 1997. 2 years later he started BIBENTERTAINMENT, a record distribution company for records, CDs & merchandise. By 2000 he was the first and only DJ to produce a radio mix show live by the age of 20. DJ Bibe sold records to every known DJ in the area spreading house music and played in every local places from 1994 to 2004. DJ Bibe played vinyl in 3 decks, a legacy that he passed for many people influencing many DJs. DJ Bibe has now 25years of DJing.
