Aleksei was born in St. Petersburg, Russia in 1984. Influenced by jazz, funk and disco, and later by electronic music, mainly house and progressive house, Aleksei began creating his own tracks in 2007 as a bedroom producer. By that time he was already spinning house music at important gigs sharing the dj booth with well known DJs and producers. Aleksei's tracks stand out for their uplifting nature and musical elements such as groovy basslines and funky riffs.
