The Style Countinuum

The Style Countinuum

About the show

Playing tracks by

Paul Weller, King truman, Young Disciples, Mick talbot, The paul weller movement and more.

A sort of "..what if..", not logical at all, but just an excuse to collect together some "Style Council sounding" tracks the various ex-members recorded after the split. With some Weller compositions, but also covers ("Wishing on a Star", "Little Things") instrumentals (Talbot's solo recording "Pumpkin" could be called "Mick's Company part II") , the most melodic songs Paul wrote for the Slam Slam project, and as a bonus, a single released when TSC were still together, under the King Truman's moniker. The title of this fantasy compilation is a pun on the band's name. "On air" at MRUK about 4 years ago, it's time to play it again. Enjoy!
