Anthony Jasper began DJing professionally in 2003 at age 17. Moving to New York City in 2005, he played clubs and parties around the City and was the resident at Starvue in Brooklyn from the time it opened, until 2015 when he relocated to Detroit. In 2015 he started the recurring party Technoir with DJ and producer MGUN, which were the first parties at the legendary Grenadier Club and which continued on at Red Door. An eclectic collector, his all-vinyl sets range from Disco & Funk, to Techno & House, to Jazz & Afrobeat. Anthony is a partner in the custom hi-fi speaker company Bing Audio. The next chapter will see Anthony's parallel career in architecture merge with his expertise in DJing and sound system design to create a new independent hi-fi venue space in Detroit. Expect integral underground vibes, A+ all-vinyl selection from residents and guests, live performances and late nights – all in a safe and sacred unique space dedicated to quality, integrity and longevity.
