Phil Back D has been a Freeparty activist, DJ & music producer since 2011. He organises freeparties with his soundsystem LCF23.
His finds his main influences in his childhood. For example some video games like Killer Instinct, Street Of Rage and Goldeneye 64 among many others... His passion for the dark energized music started in the 90's. Another big influence that he mentions is the oldschool electronic music from 70/80's like Cybotron, Afrika Bambataa or Grandmaster Flash.
The producer has a particular experience and conception of what a live performance can be. First, he used a lot of different setups and machines to produce his music. So his mastery of all these tools allows him to offer special live performances. Second he favors improvisation while playing live so uses no automations or song mode. He just feels the vibe of his pattern and instantly decides what effects to put on it.
