Zeekenex, began DJing in 2012 and recently made the transition to producer in 2014..
His freshly released E.P. : “Labels R4 jars” followed almost exactly one year later. From the U-District, to boat parties, the east side local is looking to gain momentum as one of the best up and coming producers in the North West. The refusal of any sort of label is the core of what makes Zeekenex unique. Defying genre stereotypes, expect sets filled with DnB, trap, dubstep, and hardstyle. In a scene dominated by “Top 40s” and sell out tracks, originality in any form should be praised. But it’s not the praise he seeks; just the ability to follow a passion and to share his own heavy bass style with the dance floor.
