Selector based in Japan. Started with dancehall in the early 2000s and has been digging Jamaican music and everything that grew out of it ever since — over twenty years, mostly played from vinyl.
From ska and rocksteady through roots, dub and lovers rock. The men who played ska came out of jazz, so the digging runs both ways — back through that lineage, and forward into the club music the sound systems made possible.
Also builds his own valve equipment. All mixes are recorded from vinyl through a hand-built tube phono stage.
