Anyone who is interested in house and techno in Berlin cannot avoid catching Wimpy in one of the German capital’s many clubs.
He caught the house bug in 1989 in New York and already at the beginning of the last decade before the millennium he was not to be missed in Berlin as DJ, booker and event organizer.
Thus he became co-founder, DJ and booker in the legendary clubs Subversiv and Electric Ballroom, and since 1993 found himself as resident DJ in Tresor Club, playing the last record at the closing moments of this legendary Berlin club.
