WayneWarne was born in one of the hubs of early electronic music in 1977, namely the homeland of Techno Germany. In the early eighties Wayne moved to Australia where he picked up his accent before touching down in the UK in the early nineties slap bang in the middle of the electronic music revolution happening on the rave scene.Here WayneWarne became aware of a genre that was building in momentum Drum and Bass artists such as Goldie/Metalheadz and Grooverider shaped Wayne’s taste.After a night at the infamous Pleasuredome in Skegness where he had the pleasure of witnessing one of the masters at work Carl Cox Wayne began to shape his musical preference even further checking DJ’s such as Seb Fontaine,Nick Warren and the master of marathon sets Danny Tenaglia.Warney began teaching himself to mix in the early 90’s initially starting out on KAM BDX 180’s then progressing onto every self-respecting DJ’s choice of turntable the Technics 1210.Always progressing with the times Wayne is now firm
