Voodoo Ray

Voodoo Ray is a Belgian based dj and producer of underground electronic dance music.

Born in Leuven and currently residing in the region of Ghent, he has been following the electronic music scene from the late 80's, witnessing first hand the rise of house and techno music, playing his first parties in the mid 90's to only recently taking his first steps in music production during the lockdowns of the Covid pandemic.

While appreciating a broad range of genres, he favors the most a dark, ominous and raw, (sometimes deep, sometimes harder) hypnotic style of Techno, varying from tribal, hard groove and minimal to sci-fi and mental Techno, without ever losing sight of the dance-floor friendliness of the tracks he is playing.

With his storytelling dj sets he will try to take you on a trip and make you loose yourself on the physical or virtual dancefloor.
