Started going out clubbing in '94 '95 so just missed all the acid house craziness which is a shame but the rave and dance music scene was unstoppable so got sucked along into it anyway :D. But LOVED - Club UK, Vapourspace, The End, Ministry of Sound, Spooky raves, Tribal Gathering etc and fell in love with Dave Clark, Justin Robertson, Billy Nasty, Carl Cox, Jeff Mills, C J Bolland, Derek May, Rob Acteson, Evil Eddie Richards and all the other likely candidates and what they were playing at the time.

My first proper night out was at Club UK when we walked into the techo room at the back of the club, sweat dripping off the ceiling, one flashing green light on and off, freezing the frenetic raver's faces with Carl Cox playing some immense techno. Wow!!

Carl Cox - Portsmouth Central Park 1991 played to me on a walkman down the beach in Selsey Bill whilst we had a massive bonfire party and drinking loads was the seed being planted to wanting to go out and get on it!!
