Born and raised in Baltimore, MD a son, husband, and father. Vanrod has been embracing his love for music since the age of 12. His earlier introductions to music were through Hip-Hop and Jazz. His interest for DJ'n grew when he discovered his ability to use music to influence culture and make people dance. Shortly after that, he was playing events for schools and companies like DTLR. He applied his talents to the "BET Music Matters Tour" as the official tour DJ for CJ Hilton, playing venues all over the United States.

Since then he has been able to apply his talent all over the country to countless events of all types including weddings, private events, clubs, in-stores, and tours. His open format experience has allowed him to play all genres of music fluently. What seems to many as an overnight success was actually birthed by hard work, countless relationships, and his love for the craft.
