I started my DJ journey in 1974 in Vancouver, Canada. Back then, I didn't know how to read English, so I picked songs based on their pictures. When people asked me to play a song, I let them choose from my collection, and they loved it. I took a beat-matching course, and even though I still couldn't read, all I needed was a stopwatch and a pen to create my playlists. It took time, but I mastered it.

Eventually, I became the number one DJ in Vancouver's nightclub scene, playing in the hottest clubs six nights a week. My popularity soared, and people followed me wherever I played. After getting married, I took a 15-year break from DJing.

Now, I'm back and have been playing at home for almost a year to get back into the groove. The advancements in technology have made it easier than ever, and I'm loving the new, simplified process. With 45 years of pure good vibes, I'm thrilled to be back in action.
