As paths seem to find people, I have found my way towards working in residential real estate full time. Recently I joined Vision Real Estate and created Team Colorado, a group of Real Estate Professionals dedicated to helping buyers, sellers and real estate investors achieve their real estate goals. Vision Real Estate & Team Colorado specializes in Denver’s classic neighborhoods, as well as a heavy focus on distressed property acquisition and renovations. This segment of the market is especially interesting to me as the idea of fix-up properties has always been intriguing. Being aligned with Vision Real Estate, I will now have access to hundreds of properties every year which are sold to investors and primary home buyers before ever having hit the open market.
